Tim came to GRCH as a transfer from the Baptist school. He was a year older. Drove a Nova at the time if I remember correctly. I remember
an event at Pando Ski resort that included him.
Later our family moved to California & he ended up in the Marines in San Diego where he also met a gal he would marry. I visited them once on Coronado island (which would much later, when I was a teacher, become a favorite hangout for me with my golden retriever Lola at the dog beach which is on the edge of the military base beach ⛱️.)
Later, mid-80's, because he and I were both going back to Grand Rapids around the same time it worked out that we drove together in his Nova, with which he pulled all his stuff in a U-Haul attachment.
I remember stopping once to swim in a murky pond alongside the interstate because it was SO HOT. That is literally all I remember of that trip. I still have one photo somewhere of his Nova & U-Haul in our CA driveway.
We pray that all is well for him & his family. I noticed he's still in the real estate business 👇-whether it's hyped up or real I do not know.
Good luck Tim. Most importantly, devote what you do for the glory of God. Serve Him.
